Sing and Sign baby signing classes in... West Edinburgh
Welcome to West Edinburgh Sing and Sign!
My name is Sine (pronounced Sheena) and I am the Sing and Sign teacher for the West of Edinburgh
I am also a mummy to Reuben (5) and Sarah (3) and I first learned about Sing and Sign when my nephew (now 12) started the classes. I was amazed at how such a small baby could effectively communicate and the pleasure it brought him and his mum.
I couldn't wait to enrol my baby Reuben in the classes and we both adored the whole Sing and Sign journey. I have loved watching both my children master signs and see their delight in being able to communicate with me. I'm passionate about the positive impact that Sing and Sign can have on any family and want to share my knowledge and passion with others, through these fun and interactive classes.
I am running classes across the west of Edinburgh and I would love to welcome you and your baby to one of our courses. View Timetable Here

What classes are available?
for babies from 2 months to around 7 months old. – A lovely gentle class for the youngest age group aiming to build the foundations for good communication. The class is relaxed, gives you lots of time face to face with your wee one, plenty of cuddle time and is the perfect place to begin your baby signing journey

Working With Nurseries
By the time many infants start at nursery, they have mastered baby signing as a strong means of communication with their parents. Being able to continue this form of communication with the child has its obvious benefits, not least providing a strong selling point to prospective clients.
I am currently working in partnership with Bright Horizons Nursery Cramond and am keen to develop more around West Edinburgh. If you run a nursery and would be interested in hosting Sing and Sign classes on-site or would like to become a 'signing nursery' by affiliating to Sing and Sign, then please get in touch.
If you are a parent and would like your child's nursery to be a Sing and Sign affiliated childcare provider, then please do let me know and I'll make contact with your nursery.
