Sing and Sign baby signing classes in... Wimbledon, Raynes Park & Morden

  • About Me

Hi, I'm Ellie and I have been running the franchise of Sing and Sign Wimbledon, Raynes Park and Morden for just over two years, but teaching for many more. Taking part in Sing and Sign classes with my own children and seeing the huge benefits to us all in aiding our communication made me realise that I wanted other families to experience this too.

I love the fact that the classes are very music based featuring popular baby songs and, although structured, they are also so much fun.  We use singing, instruments, props and our very own Jessie cat to provide a wonderful stimulating environment for all our babies and toddlers to learn to sign. As well as myself, I also have the wonderful Liz and Kathryn teaching classes at various locations.  They have both attended classes with their own children and have seen the benefits of baby signing first hand.
Sing and Sign has been phenomenally popular all over the UK and I'm thrilled to be able to bring our baby sign language classes to the SW19, SW18, SW20 and CR4 areas. I am confident that Sing and Sign will be one of the most rewarding things that you will do with your baby. It's a great opportunity to meet other parents and carers in the area and make new friends too. You don't have to be a mum; dads, nannies and grandads are always welcome too! If you want to try before you buy we offer £5 trial classes for any of our courses and if you then go on to sign up this is deducted from the full course fee.

Contact me if you would like some more information, I am always happy to chat about what we can offer you, or if you would like to join us click here to book now - we hope to see you at classes soon.

    Class Information

    Winter Term Dates 2019 -

Term starts week beginning 16th September.

    Half term 21st - 25th October.

Sing and Sign Babes classes are suitable for babies from 0 – 6 months. These fun music based classes incorporate sensory stimulation and some basic signs; they are an excellent base before moving on to Stage 1.

Stage 1 classes are for babies from 6 months. We learn over 100 signs in our stage 1 classes and it is for this reason that we recommend you do 2 terms of stage 1 before moving onto stage 2.

Stage 2 classes are for babies and toddlers from approximately 14 months. In our stage 2 class we still include the basic advice on how to sign with your baby but with a little more action and activity!
